dining plan for kids

We are going to wdw during free dining. I have a son who is 4 and a daughter who is 2. Will my daughter eat for free even though she does not have a park ticket? Or will I have to pay for her?

If she eats off of your plate or you go to a buffet, there is no charge. If you order her a meal, you would pay for it.
