I have free dining booked for our December 2017 trip. My kids will be 4 and 7 at that time. Currently, our package has two adult tickets and two child tickets. It looks like the cost to change that to four adult tickets would be $40.

If I change my kids' ages on this reservation, can I change them back later for future reservations?

1) the 7 year old eats more than I do
and
2) we're planning to upgrade the tickets to annual passes after arrival, so, since the annual pass cost is the same for any age, we'd end up paying the same in the end anyway, right?

Potential advantages:
- Some of our reservations are at restaurants with very uninteresting kids menus (I'm looking at you, Restaurant Marrakesh), and my four year old has a very adventurous palate - I want him to keep trying new foods!
- There have been times when my 7 year old was still hungry after a kids meal and dessert. Once, at Sanaa, we all split the bread service appetizer, fairly evenly, then he had the kids butter chicken and cookies and milk dessert. Then he ate some of his brother's butter chicken, and said he was still hungry.
- We could order four different adult entrees to share, family style, and we would all get to try more things.
