Dining Plan & FDP

I haven't followed the thread at all because we are DVC members and were not able to use it since we don't reserve rooms through Disney. Now we will be able to use the dining plan and I have no clue what all is in that huge thread. I am sure this has been asked before but it would take forever to find it.

So, can someone please let me know if we will be able to use the dining plan for a dinner at H & V for the FDP or do I need to plan to pay for it out of pocket and plan another meal to use that TS credit?

You can now use a TS (one) credit for the Fantasmic Dinner Package at H & V and also at MM. It will take two TS credits for the fantasmic Dinner Package at the HBD. You may really want to pay OOP if doing the package at H& V because you can probbly get a greater value out of the credit by using it elsewhere.

Thanks for the reply. Hadn't even thought of it being a better value to use it elsewhere. Will look in to that. Glad to know we can use just one TS credit if we want to do it that way.

MM will get you more bang for your buck and many really enjoy the food. We did not really care for the food but MM's was a very cute location and it was out of the hustle and bustle of the park.
