Dining Plan Dates on Vouchers?

I'm 2 weeks away from making my dining reservations for our August trip (our first to DLP), and I'm SOOOOOOOOO excited!

We have the half board dining plan. Will there be dates on the vouchers? Can I use one on the day we check out? Do I let them know when making the reservation that we will be using vouchers, or just present them when we arrive for the meal?

They are dated for the duration of your stay, not day by day, you can use the as you want during your stay, form the moment you arrive till the moment you depart.

They ask if you have vouchers when you arrive in the restaurant or your waiter will ask you when they give you the menu
