Dining plan credits loaded individually?

We are considering adding the dining plan to out trip in two weeks. DD is seasonal CM and can get us a discount. Also for this reason we won't see her at all once her feet hit the ground in Disney. She will grab her room key and take off! Will her dining credits be loaded on her room key? I know she has made tons of dining reservations with her friends! And on that note are only her dining credits on her room ? Lol. She is the lead name on the reservation because she is the cast member.

All the dining credits allotted to the room (not just hers) will be accessible from her room key.
