Dining Plan at Vero?

Does anyone know if the Disney Dining Plan is available at Vero Beach? From what I can find it doesn't look like it but was wondering if anyone used it.

Vero isn't on the DDP...

There's really only four places to eat onsite... Shutters, Sonja's, Green Cabin Room, and counterservice by the pool. Maybe Disney thinks that it wouldn't be worth the hassle of implementing the program so far away from WDW.

At VB, you are also more likely to wonder offsite than you are at a WDW DVC resort... There are SOOO many options for places to eat in the area that they feel that few members would want to lock themselves into the DDP...
