Dining plan at Tokyo Dining

Wondering how the dining plan would work at Tokyo Dining. Are you limited on what you can order or how much you can order. My husband likes to order rolls or sashimi and not a meal but wondering if he can do that on the dining plan.

The separate sushi menu is not covered.

To get sushi on DDP you would need to get it as part of one of the platters on the main menu.
