Dining Plan and Tipping

Im sorry if this has been asked before but I was reading that on the meal plans tips would not be included in 2008. Is this true for this year as well? We are going in December and wanted to make sure I have all my ducks in a row. Thanks for your help

No that is not the case for 2007. the New plan starts Jan 1 until then nothing has changed on the dining plan, tips and appetizers are still included.
