We are currently at WDW and plan to switch resorts tomorrow, last minute. Should I worry about my credits being switched over properly? We are on the free dining.

Thanks!

Yes, I would worry a bit, since when guests split their stay between two resorts, generally credits don't transfer from one reservation to the next. Rather, typically, the credits from the first resort expire at midnight of the switchover day. It sounds like you're doing an unanticipated switch, so you should pay special attention to how your Dining Plan credits will be handled, and verify that it has taken place as you anticipated, very soon after you check-in to your new resort.

We switch a couple of weeks ago and had no problems losing any credits. We checked into Pop but was upgraded for free to CSR. The CM actually loaded our resort IDs at Pop, told us to take the cards to CSR and the CM would transfer the credits. We did and all was transferred correctly, but we did end up with 2 extra CS credits, because we ate at Pop before switching and the credit usage didn't get transfered. You can get a print out of your credits anytime you want. Just go to the front desk or dining desk and the CM can print out a list of what you have left. We did this several times, just to make sure we were on the same count. They also transfered our tickets to the new IDs too.
