Dining Plan and split stay

We will have 5 nights at AoA, then 3 nights DVC. We will have 6 day park tickets and we plan to spend some time at Disney Quest and Downtown Disney.

If I get the dining plan with our AoA stay, do I have to use all the credits during that stay? When can I start using them and what would be my deadline to use them?

By midnight, day of checkout. You can begin using the Dining Credits as soon as you check in. I believe that the Magic Band is "activated" showing your Dining Plan at checkin...you can begin using it if you are waiting for your room. HAVE FUN!

yep, it'll carry over only on the day that you switch resorts, so make sure you have plans to use all the credits up by the end of that day.
