Dining plan and New speciality meals

Can anyone confirm if some of the new meals are part of the dining plan? It looks like they are. I have Tony's in Mk with the viewing for the Electric Magic Parade booked and Tusker house with the seating for Jungle book. It looks like you can use dining plan credits for those but was wondering if anyone knows for sure?

I'm 99% sure that I read on here that they are part of the dining plan. 1 TS credit

We just left today. We booked the Package through Tony's and we were able to use our dinning plan. It was 1 credit.
