A friend of mine is going to WDW at the end of this month. Her dh is military so they got tickets through that program. They also have the dining plan. How does the info (that they have the dp) get added to their tickets?
I was thinking when they check in, but not sure.

TIA for any help!

DDP has nothing at all to do with tickets. It is attached to the resort reservation. The only reason tickets are needed is that DDP is a package add-on and most packages must include tickets.

If she is purchasing the military tickets separately, then she either has a DVC reservation or she has booked a ticketless package. The ticketless package is available to only two types of guest: military and annual passholders. In that case, the information is already on their resort reservation.

There is no way to add DDP at check-in. If they have already added it to their resort reservation then they don't need to do anything else.

We are military and I added the DDP to the resort reservation when I booked it. I do not have tickets since I will be getting the military tickets on base. From my understanding, the DDP will be on the key, not the tickets, the tickets are totally seperate.
My confirmation email and when I log into MDE it shows the military discounted room and DDP, but no tickets.

Awesome! Thank you for your quick responses. I will let her know.
So when they go to eat or get a snack, the info will be on her KTTW card?
(Sorry, I've never done dp or military so I'm not sure how either one works...lol)

I haven't done the DDP or stayed on property, but have done the military tickets and I did ask a million questions before I booked lol. From what I was told by multiple people, the DDP would be on the KTTW. The military tickets would be totally seperate.

All DDP credits are encoded onto the KTTW card (the resort room key card.) Each person in the room gets their own KTTW card and all the room's credits are accessible from each individual card. They should use the KTTW card to pay for meals and snacks. The tickets would not be on the same card.
