Dining Plan and Annual Pass questions

I plan on purchasing annual passes for my family. If I do purchase those passes, can I still get the Disney Dining Plan?

If you are staying at a DVC property on points or cash through member services, then you are eligible to purchase the dining plan. This is regardless of what your park ticket situation may be (Magic your way, annual pass, or no park tickets at all).
