Dining Plan Acceptance Discrepancies

I am wondering if anyone else has noticed this or had experience with it. I made reservations this morning for our January 2020 trip, and the email confirmations I received stated that Tutto Italia and Chefs de France do not participate in the dining plan. They do for 2019, and 2020's official list is not out yet, but I can't imagine both of them being dropped. What do you think?

Also, Aloha Isle says it accepts the DDP, but doesn't say anything about the QSDP or the DxDP. :sad2: I am assuming this is just an omission, since they only serve snack credits but good grief, lol. Anyone have recent experience with ordering there on the QS or Dx plan?

Are more and more restaurants opting out of the table service restaurants. If so it makes it even tougher to try to use them.

Disney IT is poor to average at best, in trying to use the MDE and or WDW web I have received so many odd messages.................log out go back in or better yet call and at times even then I get different answers.....

The "contracts" for some restaurants in 2020 haven't been finalized. They are usually added to the dining plan on late,December, early January. Book what reservations you would like, so they are in place. Too early to worry, most (If not all will be added later).

As stated above, it's nothing to sweat and happens every year. As far as the places that don't serve meals, just snacks, WDW has always used weird language like "does not accept dining plan". They often DO have snack credit eligible items, though.

Agree w the pp

It is a contracts process until the contracts are complete the restaurant does not go on the official list. Expect everyone to be on the list w the exception of v&a and ge
