Dining package or pay as you go

I had a chat session earlier with a CM and was told this

L: Goofy 3-Day Meal Plan includes:
L: Adult age 10 years & up
L: 3 - Resort Dining
L: 3 - $15 Dining Certificate
L: 3 - Snack Vouchers. Maximum value $5
L: Child (3-9)
L: 3 - Resort Dining
L: 3 - $10 Dining Certificate
L: 3 - Snack Vouchers. Maximum value $5


The total on this is $249.00

is this a good deal? Or should I pay as I go?

Pay as you go. You receive vouchers with money amounts on them. If you only spend $3 of a $5 you do not get change or any money back.

Def pay as you go. The DLR dining package is a ripoff.

The dining plan doesn't really save you money, but acts as a way to manage it. As PrincessMalificent said, if you don't use it you end up losing it, and sometimes you don't feel like eating so much

We did get it last time but just wasn't sure if I got my money worth. I felt we were getting stuff we didn't really need just to use them. I had a few left over but gave them to someone.

You don't get a discout, like spending $200 for $250 worth of vouchers. It's dollar for dollar. Hubby didn't know to NOT get the dinning package when he suprised me with a trip once.
