What type of dining options are offered here... and are they included in the price of the cruise? Thanks!

There is a wonderful buffet that is included in the price of your cruise. When we were there in February, it was bbq chicken breasts, hamburgers, hot dogs, lobster burgers, pasta salad, potato salad, caesar salad, fresh fruit, cookies, soft serve ice cream, iced tea, and punch. Soda was available for an extra charge. It was delicious! Can't wait until next year to taste it again!

Don't forget the ribs...they were fantastic!

They also had corn on the cob and bagged Lay's potato chips - regular and BBQ.

I agree with MickeyBoat. When we were there last year, the ribs were delicious. Now I have to try this "Lobster burger" I have been reading about. - Mike

Cookies BBQ - across from the Family Beach with the fare described above (open from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM) they also serve BBQ ribs and frozen yogurt. Buffet style dining, all you care to eat.

Castaway Cay Air BBQ - located at Serenity Bay (open from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM), similar fare, but for the seven-day cruises it also serves lobster tails!

Yes it is. The leftover lobster tails are served there at lunch. Since most folks ate at Cookies, there were plently! Yum!

Well sounds like DW will need to stay with DS6 so I can get down there for Lobster tails(LOL) - I just love Lobster. DS6 might even decide to go to the Kids club on the Island . He did not do that last time and was upset afterward so we'll see what happens this time. Thanks for your quick response. - Mike

This is the first I've heard of this! My dh would love that. Are children allowed in this eating area?

Sorry - adults only at Serenty Bay:smooth:

Thanks...I knew the beach was adults only, wasn't sure how the dining area worked. :)

When we were there last November on a three day cruise, the buffet at the adult beach did not have as many food choices as the buffet at the family beach......including ribs. We had to hop the tram back to the buffet at the family beach to get ribs.....it was worth the trip but I thought they should provide the same choices at both places to avoid having to do this.

And of course, since the ship is right there, you can hop back on and eat there too.
