We are considering staying at the Royal Pacific over Easter break 2006. We've usually avoided renting a car when staying onsite @ Disney but we didn't like that our dining options were limited. What off-site dining is near this Universal resort? Is there a trolley you can take to Int.Drive? We are traveling with 3 children. Any input is appreciated.

Welcome aboard.
I have pages for you to view. The problem is the RPR is far away from everything, the walk is too far, especially with kids.
It would be best to rent the car. Yes, you'll pay $7 for parking each night at the RPR, and you'll pay for gas, but the convience factor makes up for it.

There isn't a trolley that goes from the RPR to I-drive. Again, the walk is kinda far, about 20 minutes over a bridge.

All the Universal Hotels are close to Universal City Walk. They have many places to eat and if you feel too tired to walk each resort has a water taxi to take you to City Walk.
