Booked the dining for our March trip this morning! I had to leave our arrival and departure days open, however, as we are not sure about when everyone will arrive.
This trip is me, DH, and my adult daughter and son-in-law with their 2 1/2 year old son, my only grandchild, his first trip.
My son-in-law is a Marine and I am booking as if he can come, but we aren't totally sure that will happen because the military doesn't plan that far ahead, LOL. If he can come they will drive as they will be in Florida by then. If he can't, my daughter and grandson will fly and take Magical Express. Either way I have been told it is easier to book for 5 and then remove one if needed than to book 4 and try to add a person.
Anyhow, this is what I have:
1st full day--Epcot--dinner at Via Napoli
2nd full day--Studios--lunch at Sci-Fi
3rd full day--breakfast at Chef Mickey's and then either a pool/shopping day or Animal Kingdom
4th full day--lunch at Be Our Guest
I know some of these are polarizing choices when it comes to food quality....but my daughter hasn't been since her senior year in HS in 2010 and specifically requested Chef Mickey's (so grandson can see the Fab 5; he loves Mickey and Donald) as we ate there several times as she was growing up. She also wanted to see Be Our Guest (wasn't there last time she was with us) and I don't want to pay for the new dinner menu. I also know Sci-Fi is iffy for food but I think the noise will keep my grandson entertained more than Mama Melrose or 50s PTC would.
