Dining invitations and window decorations

I am sure that there are threads upon threads of these, but for the life of me I have not been able to find them!!!

I am looking for dining invitations for our ADR's and I'm also looking for Halloween-themed window displays. Can you wonderful ladies help me out? Here is my list of dining ADR's, and I'd like to get invitations to as many as I can:50's Primetime Cafe, Tusker House, Yak & Yeti, Akershus B'fast, Coral Reef, Tappan Edo, CRT B'fast, LTT, Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, Mickey's Backyard BBQ, Rainforest Cafe, H'wood & Vine, Magical Fireworks Voyage, and Boatwright’s Dining Hall. I REALLY appreciate all the help you can give me!!!
