I know that this is probably on the wrong board, but please forgive me. I posted this question on the "Other Orlando ...." board, but haven't gotten any responses there. :(

We want to spend one night of our Christmas trip at Celebration. I'm looking for recommendations for good restaurants, with a patio. A patio is a must, because I have been told that most of their restaurants with patios allow pets, and since we will be leaving our "little girl" so much this week, we're excited that we will have something to share with her. :teeth: Thanks in advance for any info. :)

There is also one in Tampa, and yes they do have a patio, and they do allow pets. I already called them. I guess great minds think alike. :teeth: This is the only one that I have called. We haven't eaten at the one in Tampa, so I'd love to have some reviews. I'd also love reviews of any of the other restaurants. Thanks again!

I've been to the Columbia in Celebration and it was fantastic! The food is great and very original and the patio is very large. Enjoy!

The Celebration Town Tavern has a few outside "glider" tables. Their menu can be seen online here.

For a quick list of all of the Celebration restaurants. Check out Celebration's Official Web Site.

Actually, we were very dissapointed with our meal at the Columbia last year. Perhaps we caught them on an off night, but my arroz con pollo and my wife's pork dish were absolutely tasteless, especially in comparison with the fare we get here in NYC.

However, we love visiting Celebration and had a great, if non-adventurous, meal at the Market Street Cafe (we're going back on 10/27 :hyper: ) which, I think, has an outdoor patio.

Thanks all! :) I'm researching all your suggestions so far. Keep the recommendations and reviews coming. :)

tarheelmjfan, I hate to inform you that your pet will not be allowed on restaurant patios in Celebration, due to a recent order by the Florida State Department of Health. Here is a posting from our Celebration community website from just a few weeks ago.

"Due to circumstances beyond the control of Celebration area restaurants, Lexin Capital and Celebration Town Hall, pets are not allowed in restaurant patio areas due to a complaint response from the Florida State Department of Health."

That's a bummer! I just called Columbia restaurant last week, and they said pets were welcome. :(
