I've never tried Columbia Harbor House but I agree with you on really wanting to try the Lobster Roll! I've never eaten at Tony's so can't comment on that either.

Sunshine Seasons is a great CS at Epcot with lots of options for everyone! I've only eaten pastries from Boulangerie Patisserie but have ready many great things about this CS. And yes, absolutely do Flame Tree BBQ... it's AMAZING!!

I don't enjoy a lot of the CS options in DHS, so I say have a big breakfast and just a few snacks for lunch time :)

Tony's gets very mixed reviews: I have never been. I can say that Trattoria Al Forno on the Boardwalk has very decent Italian food (...that's coming from a New Yorker!) In MK, Columbia Harbor House is a great choice, and Be Our Guest Lunch (QS, but need a ressie!) is a great value, and the pork is a great value dish! I often have BOG lunch and Columbia Harbor House Dinner. DHS is hard for tasty food...Most would steer you to 50's Prime Time or a burger at Sci Fi (both table service and need ressies. You can eat at the bar w/o ressie at 50's PT.) Starring Rolls is QS and has nice sandwiches, but they close around 3:30, so that has to be kept in mind. It all really depends on how particular you are. If you recognize that it is theme park food, you should be fine, but if you have foodie dreams, you may have to be more careful.

CS at Epcot: Tangierine Cafe, Boulangerie Patisserie, have lovely food. I agree about Sunshine Seasons! ::yes::
CS at AK: Flame Tree is tasty, and there are little kiosks spread around that have tasty snacks.

As said by others, Tony's can hit or miss. I have eaten there, but it has been awhile. Columbia House is great choice. My favorite at HS is 50's Primetime.

I think Starring Rolls has closed. We just grab a big pretzel and a frozen lemonade in DHS and eat a real meal later.

I love the Patisserie in Epcot. Plus - caramel from Germany for dessert!
