HI. We're staying at The Royal Pacific for four nights in May, and i need three restaurants to dine at. The first night we will dine at our hotel but the other three?:confused3 Would love a bit of variety, not just burgers and ribs. It will be me, DH DD13 and DS10.
Also should i pre book or are they quite safe to do a walk up? TIA

Universal does not require the plannigng for dining like Disney does but you can make ressies on Opentable.com for some of the Universal eateries about 60 days out.I recommend Mythos at Islands of Adventure and we loved Mama Dellas at Portofino Bay Resort.Lombards Landing at Universal studios gets ok reviews( we didn't really like it though).Bubba Gumps at Citywalk is cool too( they don't take any ressies though)

Mythos and Margaritaville are must hits for us. Last year we loved our meal in the lobby restaurant of the Royal Pacific. It was a very cool setting. They had a nice menu, good sushi and you could order the typical kids meals (a the best deal at the hotel for about $6). The Kitchen at the Hard Rock was nice also.

Island Dining Room is of Asian flair.

Jakes has something of everything.

The Kitchen at hrh is great too.

check out the menus at www.citywalk.com

NBA City is a favorite of mine, Latin Quarters also.
