HI
My ds will be turning 4 on our trip also. I made ps's at O'hana's for Breakfast and Chef Mickey's for dinner. Everyone told me that Chef Mickey's was the best place to go. I'm also getting him a few Disney related things for when he wakes up and when we get back to the hotel for naps. Stuff like the big suckers from the dollar store and a stuffed micky.

The only place to see Donald is at AK's breakfastsarus. They also have Goofy, Pluto and Mickey. Pooh and frreinds are at Crystal Palace, and many places have Mickey & Goofy. Our favorite breakfast is breakfastsarus, and our favorite dinner is at the LTT. They have Mickey, Pluto, Minnie & Chip & Dale. Crystal Palace food is good too. Our least favorite is Chief Mickey's but it does look like a fun place for a birthday.
A character meal is a great idea for a birthday. ENJOY.

We celebrated my ds's birthday at Donald's in the AK. He turned 5 a few weeks ago. I wasn't impressed with Donalds and won't be returning. Food, service, character interaction all didn't live up to my expectations. (especially for the $$) Donald, Goofy, Pluto, and Mickey were there.

We did our first night tradition at Chef Mickey's for dinner. The food, while not gourmet cooking, was good and we just love the atmosphere of it! Donald was there when we were there...he stood in the entryway and did not circle tables. Minnie, Mickey, Chip, Dale and Goofy were also there and all went from table to table.

I'd go for Chef Mickeys!!

Did Chef Mickey's for DS 4th B-day he loved it. And he thought Chip & Dale were the funnest things on earth. And Donald was there.

I agree, I celebrated DS's 3rd b-day there and it was GREAT! We went for Dinner and Donald was there! They did a cake and the characters came around while we sang. Lots of fun! We still have the place mat that says Happy Birthday and with all the Characters Signatures!

Cant go wrong there!

We celebrated my dd's 4th birthday in the MK in Feb. We did 3 Character meals (yes she is spoiled).

Chef Mickey was festive and fun with great character interaction

Crystal Palace for lunch was even better. Pooh, Tigger, Eyeore and Piglet all spent a lot of time at the table and they had a birthday parade where all the kids got in line and marched around the restaurant.

LTT for dinner- this was really low key with Minnie, Pluto and Chip and Dale. They had a full size birthday cake which you could purchase ($12 I think). The restaurant was large and there was a long wait for each character, but each one spent a lot of time at the table. It was great for my daughter who is very laid back, but it may not work for all kids.

My vote would be Chef Mickey's (Mickey & friends) or Crystal Palace (Pooh & friend).

Cape May also has a good CB.

I did CP for my son's 3rd birthday. The food was great! I had brought Pooh party hats with me for the party.
