I have purchased the dining plan for our trip in May. I was wondering which restaurants have the best steak? I appreciate your feedback.

I'm going to go out on a limb:rotfl: and say that most people are going to tell you the mushroom filet at Le Cellier.

Personally, I think the filet in wine reduction served over mac and cheese at Jiko is the best. However this is a signature restaurant (takes 2 credits on dining plan) where dinner will take close to 2 hours so you may not be wanting to do an upscale dinner such as this.

On our April trip we had the filet at Le Cellier and at Kona Cafe and found them both to be good, but not outstanding. I actually enjoyed the entree at Kona a little better because it came with some nice fresh asparagus. (No veggie at Le Cellier.)

The best steak I've ever had at the World was at the Kona Cafe. Although, we have never eaten at Le Cellier.

We liked Le Cellier (Epcot), Kona (Polynesian Resort) and The Wave (Contemporary Resort.) Le Cellier the best, Kona & The Wave about tied for very good.

A lot of people like California Grille, but we thought the steak at The Wave was better...:confused3

California Grille is also a 2 TS restaurant, and we definitely thought it wasn't worth 2 credits a person...but many will tell you it is. To each his own!:thumbsup2

Jiko is incredible, the filet was just to die for

Yachtsman has a great filet too

DH had a killer NY Strip at Flying Fish. He also had an amazing one at GFC too.

It used to be Le Cellier, and then we went to Yachtsman. BEST filet ever. Yum! Can't wait to go back!

I'd say Le Cellier or Cali Grill.

Allyson :)

For 1 TS restaurants I'd say the Grand Floridian Cafe, absolutely amazing food each time I've dined there.

For 2 TS restaurants Yachtsman gets my vote, wonderful food and it's never disappointed me :goodvibes

We don't do the Signature restaurants so I can't comment on their steaks. The best we have ever had is at LeCellier at Epcot, followed by a really good one at Fulton's Crab House at Downtown Disney (not on the dining plan, however). The worse we ever had was at Boatwright's and Brown Derby.
