dining experience card

Hi

I have just read somewhere that if you are an annual passholder or a floridian resident you can purchase a disney dining experience card, saving 20% at most participating restaurants excluding holidays. Does anybody know anything about this. I am not talking about the disney dining plan.........way too much food, but where you can use this card to obtain discount.

You can read all about it at the following site. There is also a list included of restaurants that accept the card. We have one and love it. It doesn't take long to pay for itself.

should have asked the question do we purchase direct from disney as I can't find it on disney's webiste and nor is it mentioned, only their dining plan. It looks like a good deal on that website you gave.

We have done it both ways. One time we ordered it and it came in the mail, one time we ordered it and had to get a temp one at guest services. Depending on when you are leaving, you may just want to pick it up at guest services. I included the purchasing choices below.


MEMBERSHIP AND CARD INFORMATION: Call Disney Dining Experience office at (407) 566-5858, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Effective November 11, 2007, guests may visit Guest Relations at Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdrom, Disney's MGM Studios, or Downtown Disney to purchase a Disney Dining Experience Card.

You can purchase the Disney Dining Experience at any guest relations booth at any park. The 13 month membership starts at purchase time, so no need to purchase until the first day you need to use it.

The price is less for annual passholders (No residency required) than for Florida Resident(Who is not also an annual passholder).
