Dining During Halloween Party

I have a 7:10 reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table on 9/23. The park closes at 7 this day fro the halloween party. While i am planning on attending the halloween party another day, I don't want to the same day as we'll miss the parade at 8:15. Would they give us a problem if we get to the castle before 7 to check in and then leave right after dining?

They might, they might not.I have heard of people being turned away for 700pm dining unless they had a party wristband.IS there any way you can get an earlier adr? If you are allowed to dine, they won't rush you, but they don't let you linger either.Once finished they generally escort you out of the park.

You should have been asked at booking if you will be attendeing the party. You will not be allowed to eat and will lose the prepaid price. Cancel or try to move it.

Been trying to move it, but no luck. So if I was to get 6:55, it would be okj then right? I think that's a rotten policy but understand since when we were at the Halloween party last year, lots of peaople were trying to just stay without paying.

I think they should go back to the way it was. No one without a party ticket can have an ADR after 6p on party nights.

So many people try to cheat the system any way they can (not saying OP is) so if they did this policy again, less people would be able to try, at least this way, to cheat the system and get something for nothing.

No its not, its a hard ticket event that starts at 7 pm and if you want to be in the parks after 7pm you should be required to have a ticket.

Diners are being escorted out of the parks when they are done eating, they really have no way of "getting something for nothing".

No its not, its a hard ticket event that starts at 7 pm and if you want to be in the parks after 7pm you should be required to have a ticket.

That's the thing. I jsut want to eat after 7pm and getting escorted out is fine with me. I want to experience the party anther day. Stinks that if my res was 15 minutes earlier, I'd be fine and get escorted.

I would try to make it another day or time if possible.... we had ADR's for Tony's that I made long before the Halloween nights were announced. When it got closer, it dawned on me that we had 7:15 ADR's on a night we weren't going to be at MNSSHP. I called first (and got an email after that) that they could not allow us to keep that reservation because it was a party night. (unless we had a wrist band).

I cancelled our ADR and made one for Flying Fish instead. (and I'm SOOO glad I did...) but long story short, they may turn you away since you won't have a wristband. and since CRT is prepaid, I wouldn't want to lose that money by taking a chance that you "might" get in. Especially if your ADR is into the hard ticket event time.

They won't let you check in early for an after 7 ADR unless you have a wrist band so you definitely need to change it. They really need to start announcing the party dates a few days earlier to sync up with 180 day ADRs AND they need to consistently warn people about parties. Maybe they think most people will buy tickets to keep the reservations??
