CALL....CALL...CALL. Crashing a Business Critical Computer System, on a regular basis, is far from a "magical enhancement". It is the deployment of sloppy, untested coding by amateurs unrestrained by the proper operating discipline that a COMPETANT CIO would impose. Disney is operating it's front end computer systems like a mom&pop doughnut shop.
For the laymen? These people are playing - and they have no competent management to instruct them to STOP PLAYING. I blame the people FAR less than I do their (so called) Management.
