dining discount through disney credit card?

Does anyone know if you can get a dining plan through the disney
credit card. I know they offer some vacation packages but I am a
dvc member. I wondered if they offered just a discount dining plan?
Do you have to have a certain number of disney dollars accumulated.

Nope, no discount on the DDP with a Disney Visa card.
