Dining at MK - CRT or LLT?

At first I couldn't get CRT so made a PS for LLT. Then I call back and CRT is available. After getting LLT first I got excited about character dining. But I heard the castle is great restaurant and the atmosphere is romantic. I would think two sit-down meals would take more time out of the day and just be too much food for us. If you had to choose between doing one or the other what would it be?

If it was the old CRT then I'd definitely go with CRT. I have heard rumors that all of the Princesses have now been replaced with characters from Cinderella only. Maybe this is not such a big deal, but the Princess Breakfast at Norway did not hold a candle to CRT. They spent so much more time with the kids then at Akershus. I guess Akershus is so much bigger, so maybe that is the reason.

The food at CRT was tremendous, at least the breakfast items were. I would still recommend CRT. You can't beat dinining inside the castle.

First, just to be clear, LTT is a character meal at dinner only, and CRT is a character meal only at breakfast (and after June 10 lunch as well).

CRT is great atmosphere... I mean, you are eating in the castle, and the tables by the windows have views of the carousel. However, the food is pricier than LTT, and in my opinion is pretty average fare for the price (at least at dinner prices). LTT is a family style dinner that is quite good.

For a young couple such as yourselves without kids (I am assuming), I probably would go with CRT for a late lunch. I personally wouldn't do a character meal without kids... they really jack up the prices for character meals, and I personally don't think it adds much for adults (if anything, it's a distraction). Lunch will be much more affordable, and a much better value, than dinner at CRT. If you are going to do one big, relaxing meal, the middle of the day is the best time to do it.

Yes, I know LLT is character dinner and CRT is not for lunch or dinner.

I have two PS's right now and don't want to hog up the times. They just told me no availability for CRT for lunch... Seems like sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. Geez... I guess it's hit or miss.
