Dining ADRs have been updated, how am I doing?!

A little background, I've been to Disney about many times mostly on business. One vaca as a child, one vaca with DH pre kids and one with my DD when she was 6. DH hates to fly so any vacation with air freaks him out. I travel for business and love to fly. Every summer we do a beach vacation with friends from college. I have been begging for a family Disney trip since returning with DD. DS was only 3 at the time and not interested so this will be his first trip. DH refuses to talk about the trip. So i need some feedback from someone!

We are not on the DP, we are getting the $750 GC offer.

Here are my ADRs

Day 1 - afternoon arrival
Dinner at Ohana - want the kids to see the fireworks

Day 2 - MK day
Breakfast - grab and go from the room - repeated throughout mostly
Lunch - Thinking Tony's (family name!) but not sure, last time it was BAD
Dinner - Chef Mickey's - DD's request

Day 3 - EP
Lunch - Akershus - Did Cindy's with DD last time
Dinner - Coral Reef or ESPN. Need to keep the evening open incase the Pens are playing CUP finals. Trying to make DH a little happy.

Day 4 - HS
Lunch - Sci Fi
Dinner - Mama Melrose

Day 5 - AK
Breakfast - Donald's Safari at Tusker House
Lunch - Rainforest
Dinner - Teppan Edo or ESPN - again with the PENS backup plan!

Day 6 - Departure day
Breakfast - Chef Mickey's
Early departure

I know it is a lot of TS but we are not really counter service people. DH is fairly healthy and both kids have decent appetities and are fairly adventurous for kids.

Maybe instead of Tony's, go to Crystal Palace or LTT. We really like LTT for lunch.
We've never been to Sci Fi but it hasn't gotten great reviews. We didn't care for mama melrose. I heard 50s Prime Time is good & fun.

We love the sci~fi we have done this 2 out of three trips and will be scheduling for this years trip also! We also enjoy the 50's Prime Time. We have most of the same meals as you on our want to do list for this year so it looks good to me!!

Thanks! We did Sci Fi years ago and I know DS will love the cars. He has to sit through a princess lunch so I want something special for him too.
