Dings only mid week now?

I booked through ding last year around September for our Nov 2005 trip to Disney and got great rates of $29 each way. I was able to select our travel dates and times also. I am have been watching ding again for the past couple of weeks because we are going back this December and it seems like the only dings are during the week like on Tues, Wed or Thurs. Are they not offering dings for the weekend anymore? We are not flexible with our travel time because we are 13 people traveling (extended family) and have dates set up with Disney already. Is is looking hopeless for me to get a great ding this year for Saturday travel?? Any help on this ding thing would be appreciated. Thanks so much

Although I have noticed restrictions to certain days of the week, they do sometimes offer Dings for every day. A couple of weeks ago I got one good for any day from 8/1 - 8/31, PVD - MCO

I also booked a Ding a couple of weeks ago that was PVD-MCO $44 each way Mon-Sat Aug 1-31. So the only day that was out was Sunday. Keep watching, there will be deals. The booking window isn't even opened into December yet. Be patient.

I agree with above posters.... however, you really will need to check several times daily as you get closer to your dates. Just the past few days SW has started to open up until end of Sept with Ding fares. This morning there was a Ding for PHL/MCO for $94 ow until 9/30. I didn't look too closely at it, but, I think it was for every day of the week. I'm looking for mid October. I already have my ressies at $241 rt so if I can get a Ding I'll grab it. However, I don't know so much if I'd expect to get a $29 fare again. Maybe $39 if you're real lucky.

I just went back and checked the Ding fare for PHL/MCO.......it's good 8/1 thru 9/30 and for Tues thru Sat at $94.

Just got DINGed earlier (not Orlando) but the only day not available to fly on most of them was Friday. Some was Mon-Thurs, Sat & Sun. One was travel only on Wed. I guess it just depends.

Thanks for all the ding information. I realize that my time frame isnt even open yet, but thats why I want to get my information early so I will be prepared. I guess I will keep checking the dings a few times a day and hopefully when my time frame comes out I will get a ding with weekend fly time at a GREAT rate!
