dings for dec?

Silly question maybe? Dings now go through the end of Oct. On Oct 31 will the dings change through the end of the year? I am going mid dec. I keep getting excited, and their were a few great rates from Ohio but they werent good yet for when we are traveling...I have my fingers crossed! TIA missy
