DING problems ?

I'm at a loss. My DING doesn't seem to be working any more ? I've had it installed for at least 6 months and it's worked fine.
Now, when I hear my "ding" on the computer, I click on the little wing icon and it brings up the DING fare sales box. When I click on the text to see the dates/fares, nothing happens ? The box says "ready" so I don't get it. I tried uninstalling DING and then reinstalling and still it's not working. I do have a firewall (and have for several years). It's never been a problem before. But just in case I checked it and it does not appear to be blocking DING or Southwest.com.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on this ? Thanks for any help you can lend.

Happened to me this morning on my home computer, but not my work computer. At home, when it wouldn't go into the screen that lists the actual fares, I closed it out. Then my Internet Explorer wouldn't open. So, there must be a glitch in the system . . . and that's the total of my computer knowledge

Thanks. It's nice to know it's just not me. This has been going on for like 2-3 days now. I just don't know what else I can do to get it to work.

I used it a few times about a year ago and it was fine- now nothing happens
