Hi all:

We are looking into booking our first trip to DWD, a family of 6.So I am needing budget help.I tried to register with Ding, not accepted.What do you Can. put for Zip code.

Also for the experienced WDW person.....when do they take the decorations down after Christmas, also when do the crowds thin out.I have heard around this time the parks are full and lots of lines.I would like to go the week after Christmas .Is this a good time for people like me that do not enjoy crowds?

Ontmom, I looked up the zip code for the airport I was most likely to use--in this case Manchester NH. I just went to the airport's website and got it off their address. Try looking up the airport you'd most likely use and you should find something to enter. Don't know if it would take a fake one, like 12345.

Yeah. I was going to say to use 14227... for Buffalo.

Anyway, I think the busy Christmas season pretty much lasts until January 2nd. Then, it should dwindle down a bit until mid January.

Good luck with your planning... also remember to book any sit-down restaurant reservations that you are interested in. There are so many good restaurants at WDW... and on our first trip, we only booked one... when we were there, we couldn't walk into any... even though it was a slow season, they were packed!

I recommend:

- Ohana at the Polynesian resort
- Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary, especially with kids
- Sci Fi Restaurant at MGM Studios
- Le Cellier in Canada at Epcot... if you like big steaks, like the Keg
