Ding Help??

Has this happened to anyone else?

I downloaded the Ding application from Southwest onto my computer. I then clicked on it and tried to install it. All that happens is a pop up window comes up and says Windows Installer : Preparing to Install, then the window goes away and nothing happens.

We have Windows ME is this why I am having problems? Any tips or information would be greatly appreciated.

You can call SW. I don't think windows ME is supported by Ding.
We have Windows Professional and we can't download the Ding program.

I have Windows XP. I have tried to install Ding a couple of times. It looks like it was successful. However when I click on the the Ding window I get an error while trying to connect. Might try to install it one more time.
