Ding! DTW - MCO - buy now or wait?

I'm up in the air on this one - I've been waiting for a $49 each way fare on one of the carriers for DTW to MCO but haven't seen anything close yet. Just got a ding for $74 each way. Should I take it or wait? Travelling on 8/26-9/2. Please give me your opinions

If you want to go book it at 74 rate and if they would lower fare cancel and rebook at lower rate using your Ticketless Travel funds, I just did this!! Only sticker is will you use rest of credit within allotted time?

TAKE IT! It's a holiday weekend and you want $49 each way??? I think you will be staying home.......

Did you see the post on this board where SW has announced an across the board fare increase?

(I am sorry, but this DIS board theory that all flights should be less then $100 round trip is not going to keep flying.... reality is that IF your flights are less then $100 your airline will soon quit flying!)

I agree with the above poster. The last three times I went to WDW from Austin I did everything I could to find a lower fare and waited on dings and waited. Never could find anything lower than $300 roundtrip because Austin is not a hub. Today I got a ding for $84 each way and GRABBED it! I was thrilled.

TAKE IT! I don't think you'll see $49 anymore. I just read on another thread that SW is raising their prices! $74 right now seems like a good deal.
