There will only be me, DH and maybe one child home tonight. I have some hamburger defrosted, but I don't know what to do with it.

So far, I think that I'm going out to eat Mexican with a co-worker since DH is flying around town in helicopter until 11pm.

Oh heaven help me, a big birthday blow out. I wanted to stay in bed today and the rain isn't improving my mood but dh has planned a big dinner with several of our friends in my honor so I can't hide under the covers. The restaurant is a Japanese steakhouse similar to Teppanyaki so at least it's fun and the food is delicious but really I'd like to just skip ahead to tomorrow.
