is this worth it - what are the barriers (if any) between us and whales. I have a very lively 4 year old when we go and dont want him to end up as dinner!!!

Also why do you have to get there by 10am in the morning to confirm booking when you have already paid upfront?

Daddydon should be able to help u hes just back from SW:jester:

This dinner is a lot of fun. We really enjoyed it. There is a barrier between you and the whales; it's sort of hard to describe. I guess it looks like fake rocks, high enough to keep you out of the water, and the whale out of your dinner. The food is excellent, and the "whale interaction" portion of dinner is fun. There are several trainers that talk about the whales, and have the whale/whales perform different tricks. We recommend it to everyone, even though it is expensive. It's well worth the cost. I do not know about the confirmation part. I know you have to confirm, but I don't know if there's a deadline.
