Dine with Shamu, Lunch/Dinner Question

We enjoyed this several years ago and the price looks pretty good when we are there in August. Went onto SeaWorld site to book but it didn't give you the choice of lunch or dinner but gave details of what time you needed to check in for both. We would like to go for lunch but how would they know or is it simply ok to go to the check in on the day.
I've probably missed something obvious on the website!

When you choose a certain date on the website, in the next drop down box ("Time") it will tell you whether Lunch or Dinner is available that day.

not as good as it used to be, seemed rushed last year and not as close to pool now (for obviouse reasons of course) food still good
