Dine with an Animal Specialist no longer easy to book?

I'm not sure if this is a fluke, since both the Saturday and Wednesday of our trip have large groups booked, but wanted to mention it in case anyone else is considering trying to book this special event. I tried to book this when our original 180+length of stay date opened and the dates were not in the calendar yet, I called back once our preferred date, June 27 was at 180 days and they still were not in the system. When I called tonight to check, both our preferred date and the day after we arrive had large groups (9 & 10 respectively) so could not accommodate our group of 4.

Just thought I would mention it that this is one that is no longer "easy" to book. I was able to book 3 on our preferred date and may send DH with my daughter and her friend while I am forced to go to the spa instead.
