Thought I'd pose this question here on the Budget Board...I've never run into this before, but hopefully someone here will know what to do. I have two different rebates/free offers but only one original receipt...what should I do? I was thinking about making a copy of the receipt, but I'm not sure if that would qualify as "original"...and I'd hate to lose out on my "freebies"!

Help!! :confused3

Ive been in that situation and the store has made me two copies of the receipt so that i could do both- Depends where you bought it though

Don't send a photo copy unless it says that it would be acceptable on the rebate form. Your best bet is to return one rebate item to the store with receipt, and the "re-buy" it on a seperate receipt. I had a blonde moment and did the same thing at Walgreens recently, and the manager was happy to do this for me, as a regular customer with a receipt. Good luck!!
