dilemma: parents' flight is earlier than ours...can they check in at BCV?

We'll be making our first trip "home" to BCV on November 7th and my parents are coming along as our guests. Problem is, their flight gets in at 10 a.m and ours doesn't arrive until 1 p.m.

So, instead of sitting around the airport, they'll be taking a ******** to the BCV but now I'm wondering....will they be able to make the room request when they get there or can it only be done by us (DVC owners)?

They don't need to be owners to check in, but their name does need to be on their reservation. If you have not done so, call MS and have them add their names to ther reservation.
