DILEMMA! Ft. Wilderness or POLY!?!

Technically, you wouldn't need a golf cart, as there is ample internal bus transportation. We never had a problem with the internal buses, and we saw lots of families with young ones. We never had to wait for long for a bus to show up, and the cabin was really nice and peaceful (no neighbors flushing toilets, no stomping down the hallway, our car was right outside, etc.)

(That said, I would still go with the Poly :cutie:)

If you were traveling with one child I'd say Poly, all the way. BUT for a family of six.... For the money you save staying at the cabins, have you thought of a rental car (IDK if you were planning on that)? You can park right outside the cabin. We went as a family of 7 (one infant) and I have to say I would do that again in a heartbeat! The monorail is great, but the privacy and walking right into the cabin from the car like it's your own home was great with the 5 kids (esp. a sleeping little one). The Poly might be tight with the kids and a crib/pack and play. If it's all about location, and going deluxe.....Poly of course. Tough choice for me. Good luck!

I have stayed at both and I loved both.
I too thought you were referring to only 3 of you, you, DH, and a baby.
But I now see that you have 4 children.
I would definitely say FW Cabins. You will be crowded at the Poly. In the Cabin you can spread out and there is nothing like having a living room to relax in after the kids are asleep in the separate bedroom. Even if you only do breakfast and snacks, the full kitchen will enable you to save a lot of money.
Only you can decide what is right for you, but having been to both, and being mainly a "deluxe" girl, I still strongly recommend the Cabins for the extra room.
Enjoy

We've never stayed at FW, but we LOVE the Poly :goodvibes. The rooms are huge, every room comes with a daybed, the beach is very convenient for watching the fireworks with a short walk back to your room without fighting crowds, the volcano pool is alot of fun, you have a dead on view of the castle while swimming, and the tropical atmosphere is very beautiful and relaxing :cloud9:. Plus the monorail will be very convenient with the little one :thumbsup2. I say book the Poly......you won't regret it :wizard:.

We've stayed at both and would pick the Poly hands down! The transportation alone makes it worth it. Also, the Poly is so relaxing! It's nice to be able to watch the fireworks from near the pool. The food choices are great and my kids enjoy the pool. I would pick the Poly in a heartbeat. Good luck!

I have to say staying at poly would be the best. doing the monrail is better than the boat. I love the poly. my kids enjoy the pool and environment.
