I was wondering if anyone has done this at Disney? Do they offer this service and what does it cost? I'm debating on whether or not to buy another card for the digital camera OR when I start to get full have my pictures transfered to a disc.

If you do a search here on the DIS you will find quite a few discussions about this.

There are several locations that do this. There is one in Epcot, and another in one of the other parks.

Walgreens off property does this also.

I would buy extra memory cards and take care of it when you get home.

If you do decide to do this make sure that all the images have transferred to the disc before you delete them from your memory card. Also remember you should make a back up copy also and keep that separate in case something happens to the first one.

I ran out of memory while I was at MK. They would transfer to disk at the camera shop as you come in on Main street, but it would not be ready until the next day. They were also out of the memory that I needed for my camera. I ended up buying a very expensive disposable.

I am unsure if many of my pictures will turn out. I was use to having an automatic flash, so I didn't hold down the button to charge the flash on the disposable camera.

We took ours to Walgreens on International Drive. They do it in an hour and it was only $2 or $3 and they are open 24 hrs. We dropped it off and went back to Super Target for more water and a duffle bag.... I bought too much stuff, lol!

Do you shoot your pictures under high-res? You probably already know this but you can maximize the amount of pictures on your MC by shooting them as VGA as opposed to 2.0 MP or even as high as 5.0 MP. If you end up buying another memory card, I suggest getting the most memory you can afford. By doing so, it allows room for more pics so you won't have to worry about running out of memory.

Thanks everyone! I wound up going out to Best Buy and getting another one. I usually take pics in the middle mode, not the highest. I get about 180 pics with that so I got another 128mb. Hopefully that should be enough! Thanks for all your help. :earsboy:
