digital scrapbooking - which software

do you use? I want to get a program that I will be able to scrapbook as well as make graphics for my webpages. I was looking between Photoshop Elements and Paint Shop Pro X?

What do you guys use and what's good/bad about it?

You can download a free trial of each for 30 days to see what you like best. I prefer PSPX myself and that's what I use.
