I'm looking at asking for a digital frame for Christmas. I am just not sure what kind I should asky for. I would like one for under 100. But also a bigger display 8 and above. Any suggestions? or advice

thanks

I can tell you one not to get, any of the Disney ones made by DigitalBlue, I bought one and when using the SD card it freezes DB knows about the issue and are doing nothing to correct it.

If I had not gotten it on Clearance for $30 it so would have gone back as it is it can only be used with the internal memory so only about 50 pics.

wal-mart has an 8 inch one on sale for $29, unless it sold out. it's a Giinii, and i got my grandmother this same brand last year for Christmas. she loves it.

Do not get a Kodak one, either. My mother in law got me one last year for Christmas. I turned it on twice and when I went to turn it on the 3rd time it wouldn't turn on. Nada, nothing. I had to pay $20 to send it back to them (I only had it a few weeks yet they wouldn't pay for repair shipping). They sent it back to me about a month later fixed but no note as to what was wrong with it. It has worked right ever since although I have only turned it on a few times since. I read on line after mine broke that others had the same problem. Stay away from Kodak!

I looked at the Giinii it is sold out. However I do have a question about it. When they say 8" is that the picture display or the whole inside of the frame? I don't want to get something and find out it is only going to display my pics 3" or so. thanks

not sure if you need the item anymore, as this was asked a few weeks ago -
but i just bought a pandigital 10" at Boston store, it was $99.xx, with a 20$ mail in rebate -

A few weeks ago, I purchased a 10" Viewsonic from Newegg for 69.99 and also got 10% Bing Cashback. This frame has a higher resolution for a great quality picture and also has 2gb of internal memory in addition to the multiple slots for memory.

I was very impressed with the quality of the picture considering the size of the display.

I love my Panadigital, it's so easy to use. I have the 7". It is $60. at Bed Bath, but they always have 20% off coupons.
