Digital kohl's cash-

I had to order something online, recv'd an email with kohl's cash of $20, this was 2 weeks ago. I never looked at it other than the header. In the email it says the cash was only good for days that were 2 days later to 5 days later.

So now I want to use it and it shows invalid when I tried to order online. Am I just out of luck? Any one have luck getting them to honor it in store? I know I have when it was the physical green paper.

Some stores will honor expired Kohl's cash, you might as well print it out and take it to the store to see if they will. I know, in the past, most have, but I have read recently that they are cracking down on it and not honoring it anymore.

around here (NC) you have a 7 day grace period after it expires- I used the grace period last week

Yes-I looked at the email over and over again. I did not understand, yhought maybe the program changed. I have printed it out and will take with and see what happens.

We have the grace period here too. From what I was told they don't want people hoarding kohls cash and using it to buy big ticket items.

I just wanted to update and say that I was able to use it. I printed it out, tool it with me, just handed to cashier. She said she had to ck w/ manager. It only took her a minute to come back and put it through. Thanks for the input!
