Digital card won't add to wallet

My pass is in magicmobile, but when I try to add it to my wallet it says "please try again, something went wrong". Anyone had this problem? I've tried deleting it, deleting the app, deleting the phone # but it still won't work.

If you have an iPhone, one big questionis:
do you have a passcode on your phone?
If you do not have a security passcode on the phone, the phone won't let you add this card to your phone's wallet.

My husband is having exactly the same problem. Did you manage to get it into your apple wallet?
