Digital Camera software question...

I have a kodak easyshare camera and was wondering if anyone knew another software i could use instead of the kodak softwre. I really don't like the kodak software. Can I use any software?? Does anyone have one they use they really like?? Thanks.

Once you download the pictures to your PC in standard format (jpeg, gif, bmp etc) you can use any graphics/picture software. There are too many to list, but I like Adobe.

If you are talking about the software that brings the pictures from the camera to the computer, then I think hardware is what you are looking for. You can use a card reader and most operating systems will recognize the card as a removable hard drive. Then you just copy and paste.

If you are looking for editing software, then there are too many choices to count. If price is no object, then go with Adobe Photoshop. If price matters, but you will spend some, then go with Paint Shop Pro. If you are looking for free software, then look at Irfanview and/or The Gimp (WinGimp for Windows users).

the best consumer editing software to use would be adobe's ELEMENTS 3,, between 75 and 100 bucks

I have a buch of different programs that came with different cameras or the computer. I like Camedia Master from Olympus the best. It is really easy to use for simple editing. I use some other programs for special editing.

I use adobe photoshop. It is the best program out there
