Difficulty in checking availability for HRH

What am I doing wrong? I can't seem to get to the right place to check for room availability at the HRH. I can get to a site that says for room only but when I put in the info and press enter then the next screen says that my dates are not valid for that package but I didn't put in for a package only the rooms.
 
Hi Georgiepeach,

I got the same response when I checked for room only rates, the response said " the package or hotel you requested is not available, etc". So I think you get that response even when asking for room only rates.

You're probably better off calling 1800 Uescape.
